Ballet for Adults can reverse the signs and feelings of ageing! 
It improves posture, memory, and balance! 

No previous experience needed,  although some background in dance can be beneficial
Above all it’s a lot of fun!

Jeanette brings a lovely warm playful nature to her structured 40+ Adult Ballet classes.

The concept is simple: You do a short standing meditation, a ballet barre series, port de
bras, stretch, move across the floor and then end with an elaborate curtsey!

Jeannette taught Adult Ballet classes in Scotland for four years,
to over 100 students from 40-75 years of age. She is now teaching
Adult Ballet for those over the age of 40 at Limhamn Pilates.
